HOW CAN I ORDER?
Enquiries can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Orders can be placed via phone Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. If you have sent an enquiry please allow 1-3 business days for our team to contact you.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders can be changed by calling into our headquarter or sending an email to admin@email@example.com, we will ensure to try our best to make changes to an order, but if the order has been processed or shipped it may not be possible to change products on the order. Special ordered items that are already on order, may not be changed.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can request an order status update via email at admin@firstname.lastname@example.org or you can call into the office at (08) 9359 2555 - Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All orders that are placed are processed it a timely manner, as such it may not be possible to cancel your order once it has been placed. Ensure that you want to order before completing an order either over the phone, or via fax. If you wish to cancel you may email your request to admin@email@example.com with “Cancel My Order” in the subject line; however, if your order has already been processed, ordered, manufactured, or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel your order.
WHY AM I BEING ASKED A BUSINESS ADDRESS?
Some oversized items must go Truck Freight , to keep your costs down we will ask for a business address. This must be a commerically zoned location , so business from the home will not qualify.
